Our three-hour minimum allows us to schedule jobs efficiently, arrive prepared, and give each customer the attention their move deserves. Even if your move takes less than three hours, the minimum charge still applies.

Yes. Travel time between your pickup location and destination is included in your billable moving hours. Our hourly rate applies throughout the move, including loading, transportation, and unloading. The clock does not stop while we're traveling between locations. For moves outside of Charlotte, any applicable round-trip mileage charges are calculated separately.

Our moving crews are based in Charlotte, NC, so travel to and from your location is part of providing our services. Rather than charging every customer the same flat travel fee, we calculate round-trip mileage based on the distance involved.
